You forward your project plans.
We assemble your QUOTED ITEMS lists and email them to you to send to your suppliers.
We perform a computer take-off from the drawings.
We send you a complete bid package.
Mail, email or provide us with a website from which to download them.
We bill you at our cost for printing the plans. Cost averages about $.85 per 24x36 sheet.
We can scan the appropriate plans and email them to you or to your suppliers.
The cost for scanning is about the same as printing. This will save you copying and
faxing time.
We can do any portion of the bid that you require. The cost will be adjusted accordingly.
We will send you a take-off extension, divided into groups (as fixtures, gear, fire alarm,
branch lighting, branch power, HVAC, etc.), with individual, and total material and labor
costs for each group. We can also break it out or combine it any way that you request.
We will send you a summary, with supplier quotes, labor data, subcontractors' costs,
direct job expenses, taxes, and O & P.
We will send you a quotation page, using your letterhead, with scope, notes, and price.
We will send you a schedule of values, saving your PM hours of computation.
We email it to you in a Microsoft Word format, or mail you a hard copy.
We do not quote a project for more than one client. If you request a bid for a job
that we already have, we will inform you, and your request will remain confidential.
